Stress Relief

I haven't been rock climbing in so long because life has happened... I'm sure most can relate. It's a really good form of stress relief for me and I have noticed since I haven't been going, my stress is built up and I feel a little more on edge.

I'd love to make time later this week or next week and start going once a week again. I was climbing 5.10's and some 5.11's, but I'm sure I'm back down to 5.9's now...

It's amazing how quickly you loose your arm strength.
