I am living in my birthplace after 45 years of living elsewhere. I have become depressed, though I have realized many dreams that I have had in my lifetime. I live in Bermuda with an aged aunt , who is a gem of a woman. I truly believe that I CAN attain a fitness level that is healthy and a weight that is healthier.
