I'm a 22 year old living/working/playing in Los Angeles. I love working out and have been a swimmer since I was 10 all the way through college. I also played water polo in HS and College. I miss organized sports a lot but now I am looking to participate in more runs around L.A. I want to work my way up from 5Ks-10Ks to hopefully one day a half marathon :) If anyone has advice on how to train for a half marathon or groups around the Santa Monica area, give me a heads up:)
