Hi Robin how are you going with your no binge eating goal? Just curious - how do you distract yourself from it - any helpful hints and tips? I have recently discovered aromatherapy oils help relax the body and mind and help curb the urges... Well, I am thinking of ya and hoping we can support each other on our journey of "no binge eating"! Chrissie x P.S. what a gorgeous picture! you have a certain light in your face that excudes a sense of inner happiness - I also hope you feel so!

My name is Mary.  I'm the moderator for the Wellsphere weight loss community.  Thanks for joining us.  I know the fight to lose weight and keep it off is a tough one.
