25 years of culinary experience from Cornell to Google...owned my own health food store and restaurant for 5 years...concentration on healthy, natural, organic food. Hormone and antibiotic free chicken and beef, cage-free eggs, raw, vegan, vegetarian and microbiotic cuisines. Working with local sustainable farmers throughout my career. Created wine and food programs with celebrity chefs. Currently taking a certified sommelier course at the Professional Culinary Institute where I am also a board member.
