I was in my mid 30’s before I heard that men could be multi orgasmic. By this I don’t mean the man who comes fast, gets hard soon after then comes again. This is the man who has a number of non-ejaculatory orgasms before he chooses to ejaculate.
I was surprised to learn that orgasm and ejaculation are two separate physiological functions. I had always heard of the western medical model of men going through arousal, build, plateau, build,orgasm/ejaculate, rest and refractory period. I had no idea.
Most men have not heard of this either, much less have an ability to do it. I do know a few men that do it spontaneously without having been trained. But for the most part, men have to learn to allow their bodies to be multi-orgasmic. Most of the preliminary and important exercises in the training are not about doing actual sex, but rather breathing, visualizing and re-learning their body in a new way. As I used to explain it when I taught men how to do this: You have to approach this in the same way that you would in any sport. First you learn the basics in baby steps until you master them at each stage. Then you move on to the next level until you reach the pro level. You don't start off playing football at the Super Bowl.
Men of any age can learn to do this. It helps with prostate stuff and keeps the man youthful and energetic. These exercises actually comes from old Taoist practices and for those who do it, they love it. It’s wonderful for the woman, too, because the man lasts forever in a highly aroused state. Yum.
And for some random reason, while on my morning walk today, I started thinking and smiling about multi-orgasmic men.
