As reflected in her writing, Lisa believes that emotional and relationship health are profoundly connected.  Her theoretical orientation is a blend of family of origin / attachment (infant/adult) and cognitive/behavioral (thinking impacts feelings which impacts behavior).  She is currently studying in the area of neuroscience and brain plasticity with Linda Graham  to better help individuals and couples improve the way they relate to one another – and to themselves.
