Burning during urination and discharge from the penis usually is a signal of some type of bladder infection. It tends to be cause by two things, Urinary tract infections (UTI), and the STIs chlamydia and Gonorrhea-all of which are bacterial infections. The good thing about all of these infections is that they can easily be cured with the right antibiotics. The only thing is that you have to go to your doctor to be tested to make sure it is a bacterial infection, and to note which it is. Once you start taking medication, recovery takes only a few days, just make sure to take all of the pills your doctor prescribes.
