If your period is NORMALLY regular then you're probably not pregnant since you ovulate about 2 weeks after your last period. Having sex after your expected period won't have any effect unless the time you released your egg changed. There is only about a 3 day window for fertalization per month- though there is ALWAYS a chance to get pregnant when you have unprotected sex. I would suggest handling problems one at a time. First take a home pregnancy test to make sure you're not pregnant. Then I would evaluate your life- has there been a lot of stress lately? Travel? Medications? There are many reasons why your period can come late. Then about a month after your expected period I would then go see a doctor, if there is nothing out of the ordinary happening in your life and your about a month late you should check to see if everything is alright. But sometimes if you've not had sex in a while and then you do- even that can delay your period.
