I have small white lumps in and around my anus that do not cause any irritation; any idea as to what they could be?

Awhile ago I was sexually violated by a man who penetrated my anus.  My doctor was concerned not only for my mental well-being but also my physical safety and I have been tested for STD's twice since then.  Both times the tests have come back negative for AIDS, Hepatitis, Syphilis, Gonorrhea and Chlamydia (3 and 6 months after the incident).  However, I have noticed that I have small, white lumps in and around my anus.  I first noticed one when I was showering and in about two weeks, their number has increased to about 3 or 4.  They do not itch and cause no pain; I only noticed them by touch.  My doctor did not know what they were and said there were multiple explanations and reccommended me to a dermatologist.  Unfortunately, I won't be able to get in to see him for another week and a half and I am worried that my problem might be serious; perhaps even causing infertility.  Like I said earlier they are about the size of a pimple, white in color and cause no pain or irritation.  Any ideas?
