I have a problem with my penis.

Strange red sores that come and never leave. No discharge. The sores hurt sometimes and I have a very itchy rectum. Once I burnt them off with raw garlic but the y came back and spread. My tetsicles have these sores now.

I have been to multiple doctors, each gave me a different answer. HPV to HSV2 none offered to do an HSV test. They treated me with genital wart cream which did nothing.

My wife and I are married but I feel this puts an immense sytrain on my life. PLease help.

It may be a fungal infection of the penis, poor hygene, heat rash, STD or other skin condition. It may also be an area of contact dermatitis that is being irritated by something such as excess friction.

The genital area can get irritated by clothing or scratching, and, sometimes, a secondary skin infection may develop espectially if you have open sores.

Being tested for STD's is also important. Seeing your doctor again will be helpful for more guidance and in determining what is going on.

Calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream may be used with your health professional's approval.
