Penis lump could be a boil/abscess, cyst, lymphocele or other condition.
A lymphocele is a hard swelling that suddenly appears on the shaft of the penis after sex or masturbation. It occurs because the lymphatic channels (which make up part of the lymphatic system along with lymph nodes or glands) in your penis have been temporarily blocked. The swelling should soon subside and will not cause any permanent problems.
The lump could be a sign of a masturbation injury or rough sex.
Maybe a blood clot inside blood vessel of your your penis. Another possibility could be a mass that may be obstructing blood flow.
Semen is not ment to be jelly like balls or waterish colored.
You should address this matter to your GP or your urologist to examine and/or
lab testing for a correct diagnosis. Make sure your physician tests your urine for ureaplasma

Recently when I am erect I have noticed that I have a lump on the shaft of my penis like a hardened blood vessel. I also have noticed when I urinate I often discharge a lumpy substance. Lastly, I have noticed that my semen is watery with separate jelly like balls almost like strands of a sticky jelly paste. Should I be worried??
