I have a lump on my penis when erect and I have irregular semen. Is this a problem?

Recently when I am erect I have noticed that I have a lump on the shaft of my penis like a hardened blood vessel.  I also have noticed when I urinate I often discharge a lumpy substance.  Lastly, I have noticed that my semen is watery with separate jelly like balls almost like strands of a sticky jelly paste.  Should I be worried??
