I have a decreased sex drive, what could be some of the causes?

Posted by jjohns12@emich.edu

I am 24 years old and over the past year my sex drive has dropped dramatically.  I have been dating the same girl for two years, but as of late I have had no real desire to have sex and at times it seems like a chore.  I enjoy the actual act of sex, but the majority of the time it is not something I go out of my way to seek.  Prior to this year, I had what I feel was a very active sex drive, but this last year has decreased my drive drastically.

Thank you in advance,

# Avoid masturbation as this can reduce libido
# Reduce your stress levels and accept the fact that stress and anxiety can cause problems with losing erections sexual performance
# Check out your attitudes, feelings, guilt. If you are angry or resentful of your partner or feeling guilty about behaviors that are in opposition to responsibilities or promises to your partner -- knock off the negative behaviors.
# Go to a certified sex psychologist or psychiatrist, or a psychologist or psychiatrist who has had experience in this particular area, to make sure that they're well-referred and that they're people who are qualified. Find a USA sexual therapist near you for consultation on this issue

Have you tried some natural herbal Libido suppliments to boost your Libido?

Maybe you need to have your testosterone level tested
