There were many years when I was paralyzed with fear and couldn’t act because I was afraid. My paralysis kept me in situations that were not good for me with people who are harmful.I had to learn to feel the fear and do it anyway. Yes, I’m afraid and yes, it’s scary but doing nothing because of fear is NOT an excuse. Put one foot in front of the other, feel the fear and then DO IT ANYWAY.
