Workout Like a Kid

Tired of grown up workouts? Why not work out like a kid? Get some friends together and team up. Jump rope, play badminton, hopscotch or dodgeball. Skip, jump on a pogo stick, play tug of war or do relay races. Crank up some oldies and try out those dance moves you haven't done since high school. How about touch football, or a softball game? Just because you're a grownup it doesn't mean you can't have fun sometimes. What did you do for exercise when you were a kid?
