Tips for the first timers!

Drink water BEFORE, DURING and   AFTER class! Very important to stay hydrated.
 
Go at your own rate. If you feel tired or out of breathe, slowdown. Don’t use your arms or take it down a notch.
 
Don’t worry   about the dancing.YOU DON’T need to be a dancer to takezumba.  
 
We are all at different levels & we are all coming    together to have a fun time.
What to wear and bring? Dress comfortable, tennis shoes ,bring   water and a towel.
