Sunshine and Vitamin D -- Be Healthier

Here is some healthy information my 7 year old daughter found at Healthnotes.

By combining the right food with sunshine exposure you can produce sufficient vitamin D levels in your body.

Get outside for about 10 - 15 minutes two times a week in the sun without sunscreen and with exposed skin. The sun rays will penetrate your skin and allow synthesize vitamin D.

After I massage my almost 2-year-old, I take him outside and let him run around in the sunshine. He enjoys the warm sun and gets his daily dose of sunlight.
That sounds refreshing.
