I just found a great tool on Self.com. It's a fitness calculator that helps you determine how many calories you burned through your workout. AND....we're not just talking about the gym here people, that's the best part!! There's a lot of choices, including hiking, snowboarding, and surfing-just three of the other activities available to learn about here on Wellsphere.
