Step2 Insert disc to computer.  You should put your recovered disc into Mac, then the drive will be displayed on your computer. Now just launch the Mac Data Recovery.

Step3 Choose Optical Media as scanned media. Run this program later, you need choose media type. CD/DVD disc is under the Optical Media option, just choose Optical Media to continue.

Step4 Scan files as the right recovery mode.

In this area, you just choose CD or DVD disc to scan. You can check  Deep Scan  before scanning, which can help you to scan all files from the disc, such as lost files due to formatting, copying. Of course, you also can skip this and scan as  Quick Recovery  to recover deleted data. Then click  Start  to scan.

Step5 Preview and recover data on Mac.

Go to the location, you could preview the files from the FileType. After choosing files, just hit the Recovery button to do disc recovery. Then you should save recovered files on your computer directly or choose another external drive to save them.
