I am a diet and lifestyle counselor, writer, chef and mother. While I eat a raw diet, my goal is to move my clients towards a healthier lifestyle and more balance in their lives. In my spare time, I like to run, read, cook, practice yoga and spend time with my husband and two beautiful children.
