Join me this Thursday 29th December for a special call with T-Tapp founder Teresa Tapp.  See the bottom of this post for your link to download the call recording.

Looking at her toned arms and fit figure, you might think Teresa Tapp was the next Jane Fonda–a fitness superstar. But the truth is, she’s more like a naturopathic doctor disguised in a funky fitness outfit.

We’ve invited Teresa Tapp to be a contributing partner to our New Year’s Green Smoothie Detox, and we thought you might like to know why. Teresa hasn’t just developed another set of ab-crunches and butt-lifting exercises. As you’ll learn below, her primary interest was in discovering a way to help the body heal from cancer and other degenerative conditions–she wasn’t looking to get a six pack, but a clean bill of health!!

T-Tapp WorkoutWhen Teresa was still a little girl, her mother lost a battle to brain cancer.  During the time Teresa watched her mother undergo surgeries as well as years of chemotherapy and radiation treatments, she began to realize her mission in life.  In college, Teresa’s original plan was to become a physician and find a cure for cancer.  Therefore, she initially created her method of mindful movements to improve lymphatic function and help with the side effects that often occur from chemotherapy and radiation treatments.  This is how the T-Tapp Workout was born.

When performed in proper sequence, T-Tapp pumps the lymph system to help eliminate toxins, which is why Memorial Slone Kettering is using T-Tapp Method of Movement in a 5-year study to help those undergoing treatment for cancer.  T-Tapp really is “More Than a Workout”.

Teresa has trained top models and celebrities, worked in the high fashion industry and achieved status among her peers in health, nutrition and fitness.  Yet, she doesn’t consider herself any different than any of her clients. She is a teacher, here to share the knowledge she has acquired through formal education and life experience.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to learn, the ability to understand, and the availability of a network of peers who are experts in their area of practice. Therefore, I believe that it is my responsibility to share; to help others be the best they can be. To not only look good, but feel good and be able to maintain a quality of health and fitness that I believe everyone deserves no matter who they are. My approach to fitness and good health just makes common sense. I give clarity to the often contradictory, confusing information that makes the road to successful weight loss and fitness more like an obstacle course.”

For those of us who have been connected to T-Tapp all of these years, the impact that the T-Tapp workout has on people is not like anything else out there.  I listen to success stories that make tears stream down my face almost daily.  T-Tapp is special.  The lymphatic system is very much ignored in the health industry today, for the most part.  Teresa is a pioneer and most definitely an expert and an inspiration.

Yes, the T-Tapp workout helps people change the way people look but more importantly it helps to change the way people FEEL.

Here are just a few T-Tapp Success Stories that can attest to the power of Teresa’s mindful movement:

Mary C. - Improvements in the Fibrocystic breasts and especially the congested lymph system issues
Laura Huerta - Breast Cancer survivor who used T-Tapp to recover her health.
Pamela Boatright - T-Tapp helped to get rid of a lump in breast tissue.

T-Tapp Teresa TappI’ve invited Teresa to join us for a special teleseminar this Thursday 29th December, 6:00pm Eastern so you can hear for yourself what she has to say.  She’ll be explaining how she developed these exercises, and more importantly, why they have such a powerful effect on cleansing and elimination.

If you’re reading this post after the 29th December, then you’ll be able to access the call recording on that same link.

Just imagine how whipping up green smoothies and 15 minutes a day of immune-boosting, health-generating fitness workouts will kick off your 2012!

My exercise intention for 2012 is to get moving again! I need to be more consistent and am eager to learn about the T-Tapp exercise program to support my lymphatic system. I plan to walk the half marathon in Alaska and one in Big Sur during 2012 – my 50th birthday year!

Wow, this sound great. I walk and do water exercise several times weekly, but mindful movement is something I need to do again.
