Weight Loss and other Benefits of the Raw Food Diet

Michelle has a long list of symptoms that disappeared, since she eats a raw food diet. She is raw for one year and two months on this video. I need help with rashes. One looks like psoriasis and the other like hives and itches to no end. I have to take zyrtec 24/7. will illimination of dairy help or do I need to get off of meat as well?
