Summer's End Savory Smoothie Keely Bush (makes over 2 quarts)
3 medium carrots with green tops 2 large ribs of celery 1/2 english cucumber (seedless) 1 medium avocado 2 spring onions (green tops, too) 1 clove garlic 1 lemon - juiced 2 sprigs fresh oregano 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt or use Dulce Seaweed to taste 4 large handfuls of baby spinach coconut water 4 roma tomatoes
You will need to break this down to make it all or cut the recipe in half. I used my VitaMix and blended everything except for the tomatoes. By that point, my blender was overflowing. Then I poured out half into a jug. I added two of the roma tomatoes to the remainder and processed until smooth. I poured that into a quart glass, put the rest back into the blender and processed the final two tomatoes into the mix.
