Recipe for a Pick-Me-Upper: How to Make a Green Juice

Need a great, healthy pick-me-up? Want to build your blood? This refreshing drink will do just that! Green Drink Delight provides lots of vital magnesium-rich chlorophyll, vitamins, and minerals.

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh edible wild young green herbs of choice (chickweed, miner’s lettuce, plantain, young dandelion leaves, young yellow dock leaves, purslane, and Lamb’s-quarter are good choices)
  • ¼ cup fresh pineapple or apple juice
  • ¼ cup water

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until pureed. Strain through a strainer, pressing all liquid out of herbs. Enjoy!
