This a very easy and fast raw food recipe for tomato salsa. You can make it more or less spicy by varying the amount of (datil) pepper. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup organic tomatoes 1/2 shallot, sliced up 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1 datil (or another kind of) pepper, diced juice of 1/2 lime 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil freshly cracked black pepper a good pinch of salt Blend the tomatoes (little pieces still visible) in your food processor or blender. Mix all ingredients together in a nice looking bowl. Eat the salsa with celery sticks, pieces of cucumber, on sprouted bread or dehydrated crackers. Enjoy your homemade raw tomato salsa!
