1 very ripe red banana (or 1⁄2 small plantain), very ripe
Rinse strawberries and blueberries.
De-stem and cut strawberries in halves or thirds.
Cut yellow bananas in 1⁄2-inch pieces, and toss together with the other fruit.
Blend the red bananas or 1⁄2 plantain in blender, adding a shot of water if necessary to blend and make a cream.
Remove cream from blender and place in a bowl, and gently fold in and stir the strawberry and banana slices with the blueberries into the blended cream.
Serve and enjoy!
