Recipe Title: Cinnamon Maple Pecan Milk
Book: Raw Food Real World by Matthew Kenney and Sarma Melngailis.

Recipe Type:Beverage / Nut Milk
Serving Size: Two or More People
Ingredients: raw pecans, cinnamon, maple syrup, and some other stuff
Approximate Time to Make: About five minutes (minus soaking and chill time)
Our Ratings:
Heidi - 4.999/5 stars
Justin - 4.9/5 stars
Heidi's Thoughts: Yum. Like almond milk, but better because no need to strain the nuts after blending, and it has a pleasant fall-like flavor. This may become my regular, standard nut milk beverage of choice. Personally, I think I may be tweaking this recipe and creating my own special version. This is another simple recipe that shows just how delicious raw food can be!
Justin's Thoughts: Nearly perfect. A little gritty in the end, since it's not strained, but definitely a plus time-wise. This is my favorite nut milk recipe so far. Compared to the raw almond milk, this tastes way better to me. This would be a great drink to bring over for Christmas or holiday parties. It can be served warm or cold. Great drink to help your family understand your "crazy" food choices.
