Nutrients in Raw Food and Cooked Food

This is a video everybody should see. Storm Talifero compares the amount of nutrients in raw food compared to the amount in cooked food. It's really convincing. A raw apple pie has a much greater nutrient density than a cooked apple pie. It's easier and faster to make a raw pie. So ... why bother to bake it any longer.
