Natural Beauty Recipe: Papaya Face Mask for Younger, Healthier Skin!

It’s time to get rid of that wintery layer of dead skin cells with a deliciously natural pampering projet. Make sure to set aside and evening for your self once in a while and take the time to treat yourself with the yummy masque recipe!

Papaya is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that naturally exfoliates the skin gently. Use this masque recipe that is loaded with Vitamins A and C to remove dead skin cells and rejuvenate your skin naturally?

  • Papaya fruit
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Please note: If you have sensitive skin, please be sure to test the mixture on your hand before putting it on that gorgeous face of yours.

      Wow – I tried this today and it was FANTASTIC! My skin felt a little tingly at first but that faded after about a minute. And of course sitting around doing nothing for 15 minutes was pure bliss on its own :-) Rinse and lube up with my favorite organic moisturizer and I was ready to face the day (by taking my fresh face out in the snow!). Thanks for the recipe :-)

      I don’t think I could resist eating the papaya – a whole one seems a lot for one face mask. Think I will compromise – eat the papaya, put a tiny bit of honey and lemon on the inside of the skin and use that on my face instead!
