My first dehydrated bread - super easy and turned out great!

Yesterday I had a major dehydration session and ended up with a batch of uncooked flatbread and some delicious kale chips. 
I would highly recommend the book I used:  Raw Family Signature Dishes which gives very detailed instructions, step-by-step, along with photographs.  I am convinced that it helped me avoid a number of pitfalls and would be a great first raw foods book for a beginner.
