Mucus!!!

I was doing some reading today and... I've wondered for awhile now about something I was seeing in the toilet when I fast and I discovered today what it is.

I totally understand that mucus is coming out of our bodies. It comes out vaginally, with our bowel movements and... something I learned today... with our urine.

Yup, that's what that 'snot' looking stuff is I see in the toilet after I pee. I've been wondering about this... as the first time I experienced it was during my 12 week fast last year. I saw it... and thought, "Was it in the toilet before I peed?"




But today as I was reading Ehret's book on fasting... he talks about the removal of mucus. He shares how our bodies are removing the mucus from everywhere in our bodies... our blood takes the mucus into our kidneys and they send it out of our bodies via our urine.

I sat there with a shocked look on my face... and then I smiled! Tonight I went pee and yup... there was some more of that 'snot' mucus in the toilet!

I've been having a LOT of vaginal mucus in the last two days. More than any of you want to hear about (LOL) but you know me... I just gotta share this stuff with you all... after all, how do we learn if we don't find the info... so I'm sharing it with you all! *giggling*

So... when your bowel movement is very slippery coming out and coated with mucus... smile. It's OUT.

When you pee and find some 'snot' in the toilet... smile.

When you start having globs of mucus coming out of you vaginally... smile!!!
