Holly Paige and her children, Bertie and Lizzy, have been eating nearly all their food raw since the summer of July 2001 after eating a high raw diet for many years. They have all experienced immeasurable benefits and have also learnt about the myths and pitfalls of raw food diets and how to avoid them. Holly is passionately interested in how raw food can re-nourish our brains and lay the foundations for improved mental function and expanded awareness.
