MAGIC TOMATO SAUCE adapted from http://www.reallyrawfood.com/recipes/
2 C tomatoes 1 1/2 T apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice) 1 T agave nectar, or 2 sm. dates 1/2 C fresh basil 1/2 C sun-dried tomatoes, soaked 1 t Italian seasoning 1/3 clove garlic (optional)
• In a blender, process all ingredients to a thick consistency. • If the result is thin, add sun-dried tomatoes. • If too thick, add fresh tomatoes.
Serve with spiralized zucchini “pasta”.
