KALE KALE KALE – what I made tonight

I wasn’t hungry tonight, and I had those three bunches of kale to deal with, so I “cooked”.  I cut up two of the cippolino onions and a bunch of kale and made massaged marinated kale, this time with a capful of raw vinegar, a T of extra virgin olive oil, and chili seasoning.  (I will eat some for lunch tomorrow)

I made cheddar kale chips with the other two bunches of kale.  I tore the other two bunches into bite-sized pieces and mixed everything together with my cheddar cheeze, and put it all in the dehydrator.  Should be ready for the morning.
