Juicing

I have really been enjoying a morning juice lately. An apple or couple of apples, a carrot, some celery, cucumber, spinach, parsley... yummmy. Makes a gorgeous rainbow of colours as well!

I did my measurements last night and have lost an inch from everywhere I measure and 2" from my thighs! Oh ya baby, take those thighs down another size PLEASE!!!
