Recipe Title: Pineapple Mango Mint
Book:Instant Raw Sensations by Frederic Patenaude.

Recipe Type: Smoothie
Serving Size: Two people
Ingredients:Pineapple, mango, mint, water
Approximate Time to Make: About 10 minutes (peeling and chopping took 9 minutes)
Our Ratings:
Heidi - 3.5/5 stars
Justin -3.5/5 stars
Heidi's Thoughts: The first sip was delightful. I couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was! Fortunately we used less mint than was suggested, otherwise it would have overpowered the flavor of the mango and the pineapple. The amount of mint we added gave a tingle of flavor. Yum! I'll make this again!
Justin's Thoughts:Again, I would have to agree with Heidi. What I especially love about this recipe (and most in this book) is the simplicity and tastiness of it. Like most recipes with mango, this one took a little while to prepare. But I'm sure we will only get better with time.
