Help!! My Boss is told me a have to get a flu shot and I'm on my 31st day of juice fasting, is this "safe"?

My Boss is having a baby in a few weeks and asked me to get a flu shot. I am on my 31st day of fasting and would never get a flu shot normally but I'm afraid if I don't I may lose my job. I just don't know what to do, any thoughts?
