Healthy Raw Recipe for a Salad with Pineapple, Tomato and Walnut

Do you want to make a special raw food dish?

Try this delicious salad with pineapple, tomato and walnut.

Together with dehydrated crackers, you have a complete meal.


1 pineapple, cut into cubes

4 big tomatoes, cut into cubes

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

12 black olives, in small pieces

1 stalk celery, chopped

2 tablespoons chives, minced


1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin

1 tablespoon mustard

2 tablespoons lemon

1 tablespoon agave nectar

salt and pepper to taste

Mix all the salad ingredients in a big bowl.

Prepare the dressing and add it. Mix the salad.
