Happy Birth Day to Meeeeeeeeeeeee

Ah it's my birth day today and I'm exhausted. I never knew so many people were aware of my birth day to be honest. The phone hasn't stopped ringing and I've had friends stopping by... what a great great day.

My juice consumption came up today. I've been drinking a glass of juice every hour. Cantaloupe or apple depending on what I was craving at the time. Not much water though. I'm not concerned though, as long as I'm taking in something... I'm happy at this point... my consumption the last few days has been very little.

I'm off to bed... exhausted from a long day.

Today I am so appreciative and grateful for my Mom for birthing me.
~all my friends and family who love me enough to spend time with me (in person or on the phone). What a beautiful gift that is!!!
~the beautiful weather we experienced today.
~Magi (soul Mom) for being who she is and raising me up right.
~my neighbour for his compliment to me tonight.
~all my critters... no matter how small or large.
~our beautiful home.
~my light lean healthy being.
~all I've learned over the last year!!!
