Is this program 100% raw?
Mainly but it doesn’t have to be. You can choose to enjoy an all raw diet but it’s certainly not necessary. How the program will be delivered:

You will receive an email a few days before the program begins with all the information and materials you need to get started with the program, which begins on the 1st of February. You will receive a detailed explanation of what each material is for and how to use it for the best results (we will go over this in more detail on the calls and will answer any questions you have also – you will NOT be left alone). You will receive enough information to guide you and help you every step of the way, without overloading you! We know you are busy.

For the 14 days of the program you will receive communication from us every single day via group calls, video, and/or email. We will give you everything you need to enjoy and be successful with a raw food lifestyle. You will be supported, motivated and inspired every step of the way. All you need to do is commit to making your own health and happiness a priority and allow us to guide you.

Each week there will be a powerful educational call where we share the crucial tips and information that will ensure your success and enjoyment of the program. What if I am traveling during the program?

It is surprisingly easy to travel with a raw food lifestyle. In fact, you can find the most amazing fresh foods that will excite your taste buds! We adore traveling for the introduction of new healthy foods it provides. As long as you can find some local markets, supermarkets, can order a salad at a restaurant or take food with you, you will be [perfectly fine! You can also enjoy some clean cooked foods when you are traveling (and always!) alongside our raw food which can make the experience easier.
