GARLIC-DILL SAUERKRAUT SECOND TAKE- much better after a second week

Woo-hoo! I closed the garlic-dill sauerkraut back up and left it on the counter for @ a week. Tonight, I opened it again,to see if it would at least be good to add to a “not-tuna” recipe. This time around, it was amazing!!! I can’t believe the difference after one week. I’m definitely keeping this one on the list!
