Today’s vlog is a sneak-peek into the Body Enlightenment’s Original 30-Day Program. Watch and see how accessible and simple this lifestyle can be! As a Nia instructor I like to start out with Nia, but the Body Enlightenment system leaves lots of room for you to cultivate the fitness practice that suits you best. Also, in this video I keep the food very simple.   • 4 pineapple spears
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 2 Tbs chia seeds

  • 1 green onion
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 2 celery stalks
  • handful of cilantro, 2 cups shredded  spinach.
