We will be preparing a Southwestern Taco/Pizza with a lovely corn crust and all the fixin's. ("Refried Beans," Taco "Meat," Spicy Chipotle "Cheese" Sauce, Kickin' Mango Salsa, Guacamole, and a spectacular Southwestern Style "Rice." And we'll top off all off that fun with a decadent dessert treat - Coconut Rum Flan. I look forward to meeting you all!
