[Day 9: Commit to Fit] Sweat With Spirit

Four the last two days of our 10-Day Fitness Challenge, we’ll be putting our attention on the Spirit element. Check out this special customized cut and paste video from Alice Bracegirdle’s Bellyfit Elements DVD series. This is a great 8-minute video that will get all your bits and pieces moving and feeling fabulous! Enjoy!

This March we will be releasing a brand new program with a focus on Fitness. For 5 weeks we’ll be doing fitness with the elements: Fire, Water, Air, Spirit and Earth! In order to give you a sneak preview and help get the whole community on board the feeling fabulous bandwagon, we’ll be hosting a free 10-day fitness challenge here on the blog!

    Thanks Tera for doing this 10 day fitness challenge. I have made a point of moving (dancing) everyday because of this challenge, as well as incorporating the exercises – and feel so much better! I have made a few playlists of favorite songs – so I have a selection to choose from depending on my mood. :)

    The pace of this one was a bit fast for me. I think I’ll come back and try it again over the next few days. I think with a bit of practice this series will feel really good.
