Okay my sweet and sweaty friends. It’s time to experience space, lightness and do a bit of fitness with the air element. Here’s today’s video to help keep us moving and feel how fabulous it is to love the skin you’re in:

This March we will be releasing a brand new program with a focus on Fitness. For 5 weeks we’ll be doing fitness with the elements: Fire, Water, Air, Spirit and Earth! In order to give you a sneak preview and help get the whole community on board the feeling fabulous bandwagon, we’ll be hosting a free 10-day fitness challenge here on the blog!

    OH. MY. Shaky, wobbly, sweaty…Who knew not moving could be so hard ( the lotus) ;-) This is one I need to do and do and do. THANKS!!!! What a fantastic treat to find after a 3 mile walk.

    Really good core workout. For me, this only showed up yesterday the evening of the 18th, I did it today because yesterday was 1 hour of kickboxing after work. Today, I walked 1 mile during lunch and after work did this video. I really am enjoying the Bellyfit videos.

    I didn’t even know my core was strong enough to do these moves but it was! I wasn’t quite as graceful as the loving ladies in the video. I learned I’m a lot stronger than I thought and capable of doing things I wouldn’t have even thought to try. What a nice way to bring the day to a close.
