Really good core workout. For me, this only showed up yesterday the evening of the 18th, I did it today because yesterday was 1 hour of kickboxing after work. Today, I walked 1 mile during lunch and after work did this video. I really am enjoying the Bellyfit videos.
I didn’t even know my core was strong enough to do these moves but it was! I wasn’t quite as graceful as the loving ladies in the video. I learned I’m a lot stronger than I thought and capable of doing things I wouldn’t have even thought to try. What a nice way to bring the day to a close.
