[Day 5: Commit to Fit] Bring a Bit of FIRE Into Your Fitness

It’s Day 5 of our 10-Day Fitness Challenge and it’s time to bring a bit of FIRE into your fitness. This little video clip below is the perfect inspiration for heating things up on your own personal dance floor!

This March we will be releasing a brand new program with a focus on Fitness. For 5 weeks we’ll be doing fitness with the elements: Fire, Water, Air, Spirit and Earth! In order to give you a sneak preview and help get the whole community on board the feeling fabulous bandwagon, we’ll be hosting a free 10-day fitness challenge here on the blog! On Day 1 we did a bit of tucking and toning with the help of Alice in a quick video, Day 2  we moved our booty to the beat of some funky tunes and today was belly-beautiful dip into the water element!

    I always love cat/cow, but I’ve never tried the circling cat/cow before. It felt great!

    I’m playing a little bit of catch up after having taken some mental health space for a day and a half. This as an excellent follow up to the dancing from Day 4.     I did this one this morning. I knew how to do the cat/cow but I liked the variation with the rotating.
