Sheri: I always do movement classes, so I think these free dance days are helping me to expand my horizons.
Andrea: Already done this twice this week! These are so fun to get a quick groove on before getting ready for work.

It’s Day 4 of our Commit to Fit Challenge and this funky tune courtesy of DJ Rowan is just what your hips were hoping for! This tune is still keeping with our focus on the water element! When it comes to water think; fluidity, calmness, graceful, centred awareness!
This March we will be releasing a brand new program with a focus on Fitness. For 5 weeks we’ll be doing fitness with the elements: Fire, Water, Air, Spirit and Earth! Ok, I will admit, these free form exercises make me nervous! I like patterns and structure to my workouts. BUT, these workouts are showing me I have been stuck in a body/mind rut for too long. It is time to shake things loose THANKS!!!!
Other than this, took my puppy on a 2.5 mile walk.
This one was my favorite so far. I loved the sensual music and am amazed at how good it feels to get a sweat on! In the past I’ve thought of exercise as something that you had to set aside a 1/2 hour or an hour for to get the benefits. This six minute segment was perfect for busting those myths!
