This March we will be releasing a brand new program with a focus on Fitness. For 5 weeks we’ll be doing fitness with the elements: Fire, Water, Air, Spirit and Earth! In order to give you a sneak preview and help get the whole community on board the feeling fabulous bandwagon, we’ll be hosting a free 10-day fitness challenge here on the blog! Yesterday we did a bit of tucking and toning with the help of Alice in a quick video.  Today, we’re doing something different.

Sometimes a girl likes her structure, her manicured moves and well-contemplated crunches, and sometimes a girl’s just gotta move with the music. She’s gotta wriggle and jiggle her bits and pieces like nobody’s watching. Feel her neck, shoulders, hips and knees release themselves to the waves and beat of the music!  With the help of DJ Rowan (Alice’s oh-so-groovy groom) who composed this original piece of WILD music for us, the assignment for today is simply to take a moment, turn up the volume and let this music move you!

Whatever wriggles, hops, bops or boogies just let it go, sweat and let your whole body feel how amazing it is to be ALIVE!

Join us for a 10-Day Fitness challenge and if you move your booty every day and tell us about it by posting in the comment box below, then you could be one of 3 people to win access to our latest Body Enlightenment program! We’re launching a 30-Day Fitness Program complete with exercise DVDs, daily support, a fantastic menu planner and MORE! This program will be kicking off on March 3rd with a fabulous gang of fitness experts and a 5-week program designed to help you get all your bits and pieces moving and feeling fabulous! So sweat your prayers and tell us about it below!

Hola ! I was a bit dissapointed with no ready-to-do exercise today. But I tried and turned on the music and moved and danced! I felt so vibrant that I did it twice … Thank you !

This was totally fun! I had no idea I would feel so energized with just a few minutes of activity. I also loved that it was quick enough that I could do it in the time it took my oven to preheat. I can’t wait to see what the next 8 days bring.

Oh yeah! Just danced around the kitchen while cooking dinner. Then my teenage daughter came out to see what was going on and we spent about 30 minutes goofing around and chatting while dinner finished up. Thank you Tera for that gift!

This was fun to move and dance to. I checked the blog for updates tonight after I finished up my paper for my college class. It was really good way to unwind after working on the computer before going to bed. The song just begs you to get up and move to it. I think you would be hard pressed to listen to this and not have the urge to get up and dance.

I love to dance! Such timely post as I try to put together a playlist to sub for a YogaDance class tomorrow. Really, all you need to do is let go! Let the music move you….

I have always preferred a move by move structured exercise. I cautiously began, looking around to make sure no one was watching, and gradually got in the groove-What fun!!! THANKS :-)
