Wonderful music to dance to after a stressful day at work. I had an awesome time doing this challenge. I had a lot of fun and I ended up learning more about myself and about listening to my body. Thank you Tera and Alice for bringing the challenge to us. I’m looking forward to the BeFit program.
I really enjoyed this music! Without watching the video of a few days ago, I was trying to recreate some of those amazing hip thrusts and sways. While I am sure I was close, it was even more fun to improvise off of what I could remember, and make it my own. Thanks again Tera and Alice for making this intro program available to us. I plan to keep this new activity up. I am walking my 5 month old German Shepherd puppy 2-3 miles every day, and this is a delightful change of pace and energy. The focus is all on me
I missed this post when it went up and have been coming back every few days to look for it. I was so excited to come across it this morning. My coworker and I got our groove on in the office for a few minutes this morning! This 10 day commit to fit was great.
Yeeeahhh,’our’ day 10 is here! How long are we doing this ? Two weeks ? Can this music and the ‘hipfit’ be addicting in such short time ? In any case I am a total Belly Fit fan by now (and my body even more). Thanks for these days.
