by Tera Warner I spend ENOUGH time behind this computer screen, sitting in a car and standing in the kitchen! I want to move, groove, sweat and feel fabulous so I’m kicking off a 10-Day Commit to Fit Challenge on the blog, and I’m starting NOW! When I’m fit I feel sexy, confident, and unstoppable. I don’t worry about the size of my body because whatever size I am it feels strong and healthy and so I love being in my body and using it and letting it show!The season of short sleeves and skirts is coming back and I want to feel fit and fabulous when it happens. For the next 10 days I’ll be posting on the blog EVERY day a new video or song to help you move your booty and commit to being FIT and feeling fabulous!! This March we will be releasing a brand new program with a focus on Fitness. For 5 weeks we’ll be doing fitness with the elements: Fire, Water, Air, Spirit and Earth! In order to give you a sneak preview and help get the whole community on board the feeling fabulous bandwagon, we’ll be hosting a free 10-day fitness challenge here on the blog! I’ve asked my dear friend, Alice Bracegirdle of Bellyfit to help me out with this, so here’s what it’s going to look like:
All you have to do is check in on the blog. Every day for 10 days we’ll be posting a new video or music tune to get you moving. If you follow along and tell us about it, you could be one of three winners of our upcoming Be Fit program. We’ll be releasing this in the spring and I’ll be calling upon some of my best friends and fabulous fitness folks to help us feel our fittest and most fabulous selves!
